Friday was The Worm Hole’s fourth birthday. That day I had to post a review I’d already drafted, so I’d like to celebrate today instead. In terms of blogging, this past year has gone by very quickly, which is interesting when you discover just how many posts you’ve published in that time. I’ve had ups and downs this past year, as everybody has, but I’m still enjoying myself and hope to be blogging for the foreseeable future.
Of the course the biggest things that have happened in regards to the blog are my editing business, which I launched last summer, and my taking over of the What’s In A Name challenge. I am loving my role as an editor and I would say it’s made me a better reviewer, too.
A blog anniversary needs statistics:
- There are now 546 posts on this site.
- 178 posts have been published since the last birthday post(!)
- There are 234 reviews on this site.
- The most read post is Identity in Daphne du Maurier’s Rebecca, which received an update a couple of days ago.

Happy Birthday! I didn’t observe the milestone of my blog being around for another year for the first few years, but now I do use it as an opportunity to reassess what I’m doing, sometimes in light of what other bloggers have been doing.

Happy birthday to The Worm Hole! Four years is a big achievement. I usually forget my own blog anniversary, but it will be five years this October so I’ll try to remember that one.

Happy fourth Birthday and I hope you will be here for many years to come! I don’t celebrate my blogs anniversary because my focus is on my reading January to December. I clear down old posts just keeping the important posts like yearly round-ups.

Happy bloggy birthday!!!! I don’t think in six years (seven years?) of blogging that I’ve ever marked a blogging birthday of my own — not out of intention, but I just never notice the day until it’s past. One of these years I am determined to do a proper bloggy birthday post and like do a giveaway and talk about Lessons I’ve Learned. It’s going to happen. Someday.

Happy blogiversary – I really enjoy dropping in. I am hopeless at remember important milestones, but I do think they should be celebrated — I hope you enjoy many more years of happy blogging.
